"Velocity™" Conventional Seamless Cleanrooms
Seamless, Sanitary, Chemically Resistant Surface Finishes

florida cleanroom systems 030  "Velocity™" conventional cleanroom systems produce seamless, chemically resistant surfaces for processes that require highly sterile cleanroom walls, floors, and ceiling systems free from viable and non viable contaminants.

Florida Cleanroom Systems "Velocity™" seamless cleanroom construction can also accommodate molded cove covers on floors, walls, and ceiling edges to minimize particulate or bioburden entrapment areas. By further utilizing flush windows and door frames, entrapment areas are also reduced. By minimizing seams and joints greater bioburden control is established immediately. The advantages of minimizing bioburden in aseptic, pharmaceutical or USP 797 sterile compounding facilities result in the following benefits to the manufacturing process.

Florida Cleanroom System 013.1

Advantages of "Velocity™" Seamless Cleanroom Systems:
  • Low VOC, Antifungal, UV Resistant, coating systems allow for safe environmentally tolerant  installation applications with welded medical grade vinyl's or epoxy resin coatings..
  • Minimizes Gaps and Crevices, which may be prone to harboring cleanroom disinfection solutions or bioburden without the need for unsightly caulking or gasketing materials.
  • Minimizes Air Leakage, through gaps or crevices normally associated with modular component connectors. Assures pressurization stabilization between cleanroom zones for the prevention of cross contamination.
  • Seamless Coved Corners, on all 6 planes to mitigate the buildup of bioburden or cleaning solutions in corners typically constructed at 90° angles.
  • Reinforced Fiberglass Cloth, results in highly impact resistant final finishes. Reduces maintenance costs and touchup due to impact from equipment.
  • Flexible Impact Resistant Membrane Wall System, offer higher sound deadening and higher puncture resistance by equipment or carts.
  • Reduces Sterilization Challenges, posed to the sterilization process (i.e., in sterile manufacturing) or to the finished-product bioburden (i.e., in non sterile production).
  • Reduces The Chance of Contamination, that chemical contaminants from previous batches will come into contact with a product manufactured on the same piece of equipment.
  • Reduces The Chance of Contamination, that chemical contaminants from cleaning agents will come into contact with a product manufactured on a given piece of equipment.
  • Clear View Floor to Ceiling Glass, or acrylic up to 10' high for maximized view of process and operational protocols. Allows for supervision of cleanroom processes and personnel without the need to enter the cleanroom environment.
  • Window Systems up to 120" wide without the need for horizontal post interruptions for gallery type views of cleanroom interiors. Allows for uninterrupted views for clients, supervisors, or inspectors.
  • Manufactured to ISO, cGMP, FDA, USP-797 Regulatory Standards, to comply with ISO 14644-4 design and construction of cleanroom facilities.

  "Velocity™" s
eamless cleanroom construction is available incorporating cleanroom specific doors, window, HEPA filtration modules, and lighting fixtures specifically designed and engineered for flush mounting to all surfaces.

Florida Cleanroom Systems "Velocity™" seamless cleanroom construction is also the least cost method for renovating existing rooms into ISO class cleanrooms without the need to purchase expensive liner panel systems that require manufacturer specific windows and door systems.
