Florida Cleanroom Systems, d/b/a Quality Engineered Structures Inc. (CBC-058971) has over twenty years of cleanroom manufacturing and design build experience in the construction of commercial grade cleanroom environments, both modular and conventional, practicing the design build cleanroom construction method from initial conception to completion.

A viable cleanroom environment involves many construction processes. Design build construction, a method that eliminates extra steps in the construction process, can simplify the construction of a cleanroom, saving both time and money. The design build method also serves to maximize communication and minimize confusion. From start to finish of the cleanroom construction process, the design build construction method allows for single source responsibility and minimizes errors or confusion.

Florida Cleanroom Systems also designs and contract manufactures the "Velocity™" line of modular cleanroom systems, components, and design details. "Velocity™" modular cleanroom systems assure a flush clean flow and clean view solution to cleanroom construction by utilizing materials and design features to assure minimal air flow turbulences, allow high visibility of process flow, and maximize non shedding high antimicrobial qualities. Clean, lightweight powdercoated aluminum frames and inserts allow for a quicker, cleaner  construction with minimal gap tolerances. Variable width utility chases allow for duplex or quad electrical outlets along with piping assemblies of up to 2 1/4" diameters to be fully integrated into the systems without the need to surface mount unsightly piping or electrical assembles.

"Velocity™" brochures and architectural details are available in our PDF downloads section.

Appropriately designed and engineered cleanrooms start with complete collaboration between our design team and the clients in house process engineers. All design and engineering is based on ISO cleanliness specifications, process equipment, process flow, and process heat load requirements. Written approvals require the adherence to standards and specifications governing the process and must be exactly known. The goal of the cleanroom design phase is to arrive at a full set of specifications for all process functions to determine the preliminary cleanroom design documentation.
